Saved accounts and records
A workspace stores your email, random account identifier, saved job names, machine and costing parameters, timestamps, hashed login/session tokens and Stripe resource identifiers. Saved records belong to the signed-in account. Do not put sensitive customer information in job names; a job number is enough.
Providers
The intended host is Cloudflare Workers with an isolated D1 database. Resend sends requested sign-in links. Stripe handles subscription payments, billing management and payment records. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated sign-in abuse. Exact production resources must be configured and tested before paid launch. Raw card details are not stored in this application.
Security and retention
Login links expire after 15 minutes and can be used once. Sessions expire after 30 days. The daily cleanup removes expired sessions, old sign-in links and expired rate-limit entries. Saved records remain until you delete them or your account. Daily IP rate limits use a keyed hash; raw IP addresses are not written to the application database. Hosting providers may process request logs under their own policies.
Export and deletion
Export your saved data from the workspace even after your paid access ends. Delete records individually or delete your entire account; account deletion cancels this product's subscriptions before removing the workspace. Stripe retains payment records under its own requirements. Export first: deleted workspace records cannot be restored by this application.
